Job Description
- Respond to all phone calls in a polite manner and greet all callers with a pleasant voice.
- Transferring calls as necessary.
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.
- Greeting visitors and ensure the smooth running of the reception including visitor record procedures.
- Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching daily mails.
- Maintain cleanliness of the reception area and other related facilities.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management from time to time.
Job Requirements

- Good telephone communication etiquette.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Organized, good initiative, committed and able to multi-task.
- Experience with MS Office / Word / Excel.
- SPM, STPM or Diploma in any field.
SALES EXECUTIVE / SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER
Job Responsibilities
- Generate new accounts / sales to meet the monthly sales target.
- Prepare quotation / proposal / presentation to corporate clients.
- Initiate client visits to build up customer rapport and maintain good relationships.
- Assisting the Head of Sales for all sales department related tasks.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma /STPM or equivalent.
- Preferably with airlines/hospitality/service industries background/experiences.
- Candidate must be passionate in seeking new clients/sales.
- Possess a valid driving license.
- Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
SALES EXECUTIVE – ONLINE TRAVEL
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate new B2B accounts / B2B sales to meet the monthly sales target
- Prepare presentation to B2B clients
- Initiate client visits to build up customer rapport and maintain good relationships
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / SPM / STPM or equivalent
- Preferably with airlines / hospitality / service industries background / experiences
- Must be passionate in seeking new clients / sales
- Possess a valid driving license
- Proficient with MS EXCEL and PowerPoint
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
OFFICER – ONLINE TRAVEL
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle airlines reservation and ticketing
- Handle enquiries and reservation, including hotel accommodation, all ground arrangement and other related tasks
- Maintain good relationship with clients and suppliers
- Perform related duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM / Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management
- Minimum 1 year related working experience
- Knowledge of flight reservation system is an advantage
- Computer literate in MS Office applications
- Proficient in both written and spoken English, and Mandarin will be added advantage
- Good initiative, hardworking, committed and able to multi-task
- Must be willing to work in shift (night time on weekdays and full day on weekends & public holidays)
